When one of our more colourful and somewhat eccentric clients came to us with a property in one of London's most exclusive areas, in serious need of renovation, we were more than ready to take on the challenge.
We were involved from start to finish, including the addition of a basement. Situated over 5 floors, in a post code where properties can sell for £2000 per square foot and above and space is at a premium, this run-down property had numerous issues but incredible potential to be turned into something special.
From an empty shell, we were able to help our client visualise room layouts showing how they could maximise the available space within a small footprint. The design style throughout is classical yet modern, developed to compliment their eclectic taste and passion for art.
