Crafting luxury interiors and stunning exteriors for a luxury villa in the Algarve.
Impressed by visual concepts and customer-centred approach, we have been commissioned to work closely with our client on this exciting project, developing the existing vision of a four-bedroom luxury holiday villa in the Algarve.
The challenge, to focus on optimising the living space within this impressive destination holiday home while providing unparalleled luxury and sophistication.
As we have been commissioned at an early stage, we spotted an opportunity to increase the living area with minimal additional cost. This has led us to recommend an expansion to the original plans incorporating additional rooms into the development.
On further consultation, it was decided to turn these into a self-contained two-bedroom apartment with its own kitchen. This now gave the client the option to create a private living space for visiting guests or extended family, significantly increasing the flexibility of the property.
As a holiday home, the villa will incorporate all the elements needed to create a fun and relaxed environment including a large “man cave”, cinema screen, four bars, roulette table, dance floor including pole and DJ stand, and a fully equipped gym. Outdoors, the development includes a swimming pool, outdoor kitchen, and dining area, perfect for leisurely gatherings and al fresco dining. Five rooftop terraces, each being designed for a different purpose, offering breathtaking views and endless entertainment possibilities.
All of these areas of course have to be considered for layout and furnishing in a style that suits our client's needs and personality.
The villa's main entrance features a striking double-height single-leafed door, standing at an impressive 5.5 meters high and operating on a single pivot. This impressive entry will set the stage for the luxury interior that will be designed within.
