Seven years after our initial collaboration on this property, our client, a seasoned owner of multiple hotels and venues, expressed a desire to revitalise their home, entrusting us once again to help bring their vision to life.
Central to the refurbishment was the transformation of the ground floor, where we embarked on the ambitious task of opening up multiple rooms to create a single, expansive kitchen and family entertainment area.
The integration of the rooms maximises space use, combining multiple living areas into a single, versatile space through which a closely connected family could further enjoy each others company.
Unique handcrafted doors made from oak were used throughout the property to maintain a uniform style. Careful selection of materials ensured a balance of sophistication and functionality with a harmonious blend of walnut and painted finishes, accented by exotic dyed veneers in the day room.
